KODAK Retina I Type 119.
This 24x36 folding camera is one of the first Retina models that Kodak made during the 1930's.
Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 5cm f3,5 lens
Compur shutter with speeds from 1 second to 1/300, plus “B” and “T” positions.
Lenses are quite clean and flawless.
General condition is very good: no shocks or rusty parts.
There's some black painting missing on edges.
On the other side, the “capot” is perfect, no black painting missing, as it is usual in this first Retinas.
Original leather case in very good condition, too.
A very hard to find model in such a good condition, specially.
A must for Kodak collectors or else to use it passionately.
