24x36 rangefinder camera.

39mm Leica thread mount interchangeable lens. It’s a Jupiter 50mm f2.

Camera has a mechanism that switches on the mechanical motor.

Notice the cyrillic inscription on rear side: apparently it was made for a special occasion, like the retirement of a worker in the factory where the camera was made or else to honour a good worker. (As we can’t read Russian, we don’t know J).
