Shipments and returns

Parcels will ship once the payment is done. For payments with cheque (for French buyers), product will be sent once the payment has arrived at the bank account. This can take more than a week.

When payment is done through Paypal, a 5% tax will be added to the total amount (Paypal politics!). Payments with credit card or bank transfers, won't have any kind of extra costs or taxes.

Parcels are made very carefully. Items are well protected in their boxes, placed in the center and bubble wrapped, also including polystyrene protection.

In case of the parcel arriving with some kind of damage, please, warn the carrier about it and let us know about it as soon as possible. If the item is damaged, the assurance will cover the cost.

Our shippments are always certified and with a tracking number provided. We work with La Poste (France). Shipping costs are French prices, as our stock is located in France.

Once you validate your purchase, shipping costs are added. When you make a purchase over 199 euros, shipping costs are for free.

In case of buying more than one item, everything will be sent in one single parcel, applying the minimum shipping price.
